Perspectus worked with developer First Interstate Properties to bring the Hyatt Place brand to their upscale lifestyle center, Legacy Village. The 135-room hotel and adjacent parking structure were designed to complement the center’s small village feel. A brick masonry and stucco exterior is consistent with surrounding architecture while holding its own identity. The project included a parking structure designed to meet the demands of the shopping center and the hotel, which was constructed over an existing surface lot.
