Working on behalf of landlord First Interstate Properties, Perspectus collaborated closely with Arhaus corporate designer, Philip Michael Brown Studio, to update their brand image and deliver a new design vision for their stores across the country. The signature design reflects the quality standards of the furniture sold within.
Arhaus desired the use of natural materials that would reflect the designs they offer their clients. This made for a complex but beautiful intersection of materials, cantilevered building elements and curved curtain walls on the façade. 3-D software and close team communication enabled early visualization of building geometry to develop an effective structural system.
Arhaus Furniture has engaged Perspectus to work with them on additional stores, including two projects currently under construction in Florida.
