Ohio State’s student health center needed to improve visitor experience and satisfy evolving demands of healthcare delivery. The Wilce Student Health Center meets these needs with new clinical spaces, technology integration and optimized patient flow.
A new care model was implemented to keep patients in place and bring support staff to them, ultimately providing more personalized care and patient privacy. This also enabled the health center to improve operational efficiencies, and accommodate increases in service volume. The main entry was moved from the second to the first level, providing a single point of entry for improved management of patient registration and flow through the space.
