Olivia Zepp Attains Architectural Licensure

Join us in congratulating Olivia Zepp, AIA, on successfully completing her Architect Registration Examination (ARE) and becoming a licensed architect.
Olivia joined Perspectus full time in 2020, after interning with our Historic Architecture team. She has since brought her passion and enthusiasm for architectural preservation to several key projects, including a master plan for The Norwalk Theatre, the Akron Beacon Journal Building National Register Nomination, and the Wagnalls Memorial Library Historic Structures Report. Olivia relishes researching a building’s past to establish its current context and values the impact a revitalized historic building has on a community.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture with a Certificate in Historic Preservation from Ball State University. Her recent licensure makes Olivia our 29th registered professional.
