Perspectus Welcomes Laura Gagnon

We are delighted to announce that a new Historic Studio Architect has recently joined our team. Welcome Laura Gagnon, AIA, LEED AP! 

Laura has joined Perspectus as a Senior Project Director, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in Restoration, Rehabilitation, and Adaptive reuse of pre-existing structures. Her interest in existing buildings is twofold - both retaining the important history that buildings have to offer while also utilizing the embodied energy of the materials already used to construct the building.

In her previous role, Laura served as a Project Architect and Project Designer, working with multi-family residential, hospitality, and office end users.  She is a Registered Architect and LEED AP, after receiving her Bachelor's of Science and Architecture from Kent State University.

Excited about this new chapter at Perspectus, Laura aims to broaden her professional horizons, contribute to the growth of the existing building platform, and mentor emerging architects within the firm. Beyond her architectural pursuits, she cherishes quality time with her husband and son, indulges in drawing, sports, music, and relishes the outdoors.
