Perspectus Proudly Announces Two New Principals

We are thrilled to announce that Bradley Fink, AIA, and Ray Minotas, AIA, ACHA, LEED AP, will be assuming new leadership roles as Principals.

"Brad and Ray embody everything that is Perspectus," says Mike Lipowski, Managing Principal. "They are both dedicated to our profession and the future of Perspectus. We are very excited to add their energy and enthusiasm to our leadership group."

With nearly 20 years of architectural experience, Brad has led many multi-disciplinary project teams and implemented innovative design solutions for numerous notable projects in the healthcare field and beyond. Brad's attentiveness to our client's aspirations and collaborative approach make him an essential addition to our leadership team.

During his 15 years at Perspectus, Ray's talent and ambition have significantly contributed to the firm’s growth and reputation as a leading healthcare design firm. His approach to project management is to be fully engaged at every stage, from start to finish. He is creative, solution-oriented, and coordinates project assignments with quality and efficiency. He recently received Board Certification from the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) for his specialization in Healthcare Design. Ray’s commitment to the profession's advancement and public image makes him an indispensable addition to our team of Principals.
