The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital Expansion

This multi-phase project implements a 21st century model of Veterinary care to create new clinical spaces, incorporate new technologies and optimize patient flow. Perspectus provided planning, programming, renderings for fundraising, design and construction administration services for the addition to and adaptive reuse of a 1960’s building.

The expansion houses primary faculty offices, a conference room, and administration for the Veterinary Medical Center, while the renovated space establishes new exam rooms and support departments sized appropriately to allow for students, instructor, and physician interactions with patients and families. Design Architect: Smith-Miller + Hawkinson; Veterinary Planning: Wagner Architecture.
