It's our pleasure to introduce our newest team member, Esther Gerasimchuk! 

Esther joins Perspectus as our Administrative Coordinator with several years of experience focused on optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Throughout Esther's experience, she's held various roles that have equipped her with valuable skills, from understanding what drives business to ensuring client satisfaction. These skills will be directly applicable at Perspectus, where she will be supporting accounting efforts and working closely with consultants and their teams to ensure prompt and comprehensive service.

Esther thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys staying active, but she also recognizes the importance of slowing down when necessary. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, catching up with friends over coffee, and staying physically active through jogging in the park or studio classes.
