Megan Pros Earns AIA Ohio Emerging Professional Award

We are extremely proud to announce that Project Director Megan Pros, AIA, WELL AP, was recognized as a 2023 AIA Ohio Early Emerging Professional. 

The AIA Ohio Emerging Professional Award "identifies and promotes exceptional accomplishments of Associate Members and Young Architect members and their continuing development within the profession.” This award is not just a testament to her current achievements, but also an indicator of her promising future and further contributions to the industry in the years to come.

Megan’s architectural career has been characterized by passion for her work, and enthusiastic service to the industry. She is an extremely active member of the Cleveland chapter of AIA, not only as an attendee and supporter but as a leader of numerous committees and programs. She is also dedicated to volunteer roles in various community initiatives that improve the quality of life in her own community.

A member of the Perspectus team since 2014, Megan’s many contributions within the office go beyond projects. As a WELL® Accredited Professional, she promotes health and wellness in design and has been a champion of sustainable practices within our office. She chairs the New Employee Orientation Program, is a Founding Member of the JEDI (Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion) Council, Captain for the annual CANstruction team and an organizer of countless other office initiatives. Simply put, her commitment to creating a kind and engaging workplace has shaped the culture of our firm.
